VA Improves eBenefits Service

A recent American Legion article notes that the Department of Veterans Affairs has released another improvement to its eBenefits system.  The eBenefits system allows veterans to securely access information online about an assortment of veterans benefits.  Registration for the eBenefits system is free.  Veterans can register online or at a VA regional office.

At Perkins Studdard, we are glad to see that the VA is continuing to improve the access that veterans have to information about their benefits so that veterans can more easily receive the benefits to which they are entitled for their service to our country.  Of course, we are always glad to help veterans with these benefits if they need assistance obtaining them or believe their claim for benefits has been wrongfully denied by the VA.  If you need help with a claim for veterans benefits, you can set up a free consultation with one of our attorneys by calling the phone number or completing the “Need Help” form on the right side of this page.

What if I have more questions about my VA claim?

I understand you want your VA claim to be done as quickly as possible. But remember the ultimate goal – to win your VA disability compensation claim.

You may eventually get there on your own, but it may be after a series of decisions by the Regional Office and Board of Veterans Appeals. Sometimes claims are appealed and remanded several times, which can cause a claim to drag on for years. If you are interested in avoiding unnecessary delay in your claim and want to do everything you can to maximize your chances of success, it is probably a good idea for you to consult with an accredited veterans disability attorney.

We would be happy to talk to you. If you would like a free consultation with our Perkins Studdard veterans disability attorneys just click here or give us a call to begin the process.
