Attorneys Expand Knowledge of Veterans Law

This past weekend, Jason Perkins and Travis Studdard attended the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) seminar in Washington, D.C.

NOVA’s mission is “to develop and encourage high standards of service and representation for all persons seeking benefits through the federal veterans benefits system.” In order to achieve these goals, the organization offers veteran advocates meaningful legal training and resources so that they can provide our veterans with the best possible representation and effectively work to obtain the maximum benefits allowed under the law.

The three day seminar included approximately twenty hours of continuing legal education training focused on veterans’ benefits.  Both Jason and Travis are accredited to represent veterans in claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs. They are excited to have had this opportunity to continue to expand their legal knowledge and look forward to providing exceptional service to the veterans they represent.

Travis Studdard is an attorney who focuses on representing veterans in VA disability compensation claims.  He regularly writes about issues that are important to veterans and their families.
